Consistency is one of the most difficult habits to create. Why is that? Do we realize the true power of consistency? What would happen if you had a consistent workout routine for the next year? What would happen if you drank 100oz of water a day for the next month? How much better of a guitar player would you be if you dedicated one hour a day for the next week? You would be a lot healthier, feel better and hydrated, and you’d be a much better guitar player! So why don’t we do it?
