Michelle Butler: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome & Knowing What You Want

Have you every had a conversation like this…

Person 1: “You aren’t good enough to do that”

Person 2: “You’re right, I’m not”

I imagine a lot of people have had a conversation like this, but most of the time…in their own heads! If you had a friend who said that to you, I’m sure you wouldn’t be friends for long and yet we allow ourselves to talk to us like that. It’s pretty normal so don’t get too caught up about it, but at the same time, that voice needs to be limited.

Michelle had this voice come up quite a bit – and still does! She does a lot of things to quiet that voice; meditates, talks back (one of my favorites and probably most effective), and uses affirmations.

You can seriously HAVE IT ALL. It takes practice, concentration, knowledge, and even some struggles. If you want to be inspired to move forward with these practices, listen to this episode!!
