She says “Hey can you drive my Bentley and all of us up to this house party in the hills?” Well, I was going to, but my phone was dead. I go out to my car to get my charger and my car was gone. Well, repossessed – I couldn’t afford it. And I didn’t have anywhere to go because… I was living out of my car.
This was one of the three worst nights in Frankee Razor’s life that he can remember. Can you imagine going to a high-end night club, partying with celebrities, about to hop in a Bentley to go party some more and you find out the car you were living in had been possessed? Well maybe you can’t imagine it, but Frankee Razor LIVED it. He said that night he really went inward and asked God what to do. He felt like the steps had been laid out, even though it wasn’t laid out on a nicely paved road with rose petals – there were definitely some thorns along the way. But he knew that as long as he could at least survive through those days, he would be ok.
Frankee Razor’s humility, free-as-a-bird spirit, and immense love for his own art and music are just a few ways that make him such a great guy and guest on this episode! He says to stop comparing yourself to others – be you! YOU are your own competition! And ask yourself – are you doing what you’re doing for yourself or because of others?
