Riddle for ya – what do you get when you mix hard work, patience, sheer determination, and speaking your wants out loud? You get Winter Dunn. Sorry, I’m tricky. Why is it that when we want something, we are afraid to tell other people? Will we get looked at differently? Probably, in front of certain people, yes. Will we say what we want and then not get it? That is a possibility, yes. But I will say to you, and I’m sure Winter will attest, get over it! Winter has attributed a lot of her success to just speaking what she wants out loud!

That’s not all though, let me be clear. Through her story, it seems Winter has climbed up a straight, normal looking ladder for the past five years, but it’s more of a ladder that goes up a bit, then down a couple steps, then back up, go to another ladder and start all over again. It’s no joke that her journey has been full of trying, falling down, and getting back up. One of the coolest things, for me, in this episode, was how she explains those different stages and how to get through them. One thing she says – I’ll give you a sneak peak – start where you’re at.
